Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every No More Plaid shirt is made to order — meaning production begins when you place your order. Here's the full timeline:

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves production.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're actively working toward — sign up for our email list to be notified when it becomes available.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you don't see it within 12 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first — then reach out to us and we'll look into it.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because every shirt goes into production quickly, we have a short window to make changes. Contact us via our Contact page as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to accommodate the change or cancellation. Once production has started, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.
Why does it take longer than a typical online order?
Because your shirt doesn't exist yet when you order it. We don't keep inventory. Every piece is made specifically for your order on 100% organic cotton — that production process takes time, and we think the result is worth the wait. You're not buying something that's been sitting in a bin. You're getting something made for you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly not as described, we'll take it back and issue a full refund. See our full 14-Day Guarantee page for complete details.
How do I start a return?
All returns start on our Contact Us page. Send us your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo if the item is damaged or defective. We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Please do not ship anything back before receiving approval from us.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Once your return has been reviewed and approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. You should never have to pay out of pocket to return an item that qualifies under our guarantee. Simply use the label we provide and drop the package off with the designated carrier.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Because every shirt is made to order, we aren't able to do direct exchanges in the traditional sense. If your size doesn't fit, reach out to us and we'll work with you on the best resolution — whether that's a refund so you can reorder in the correct size, or another solution that makes sense for your situation.
The Product
What are the shirts made of?
Every shirt is 100% organic cotton — no blends, no synthetics. The all-over print is applied using sublimation printing, which bonds the ink directly into the fabric fibers rather than sitting on top of them. The result is a print that's vivid, durable, and doesn't crack or peel over time.
Are the designs hand-painted or AI-generated?
Hand-painted. Every design is created from scratch in Procreate by a single designer — built layer by layer, stroke by stroke. No AI generation, no stock artwork, no pattern libraries. What you're wearing is an original digital painting made by an actual person.
Will my shirt look exactly like the photos on the site?
Very closely, yes. Because these are made to order, there may be very slight natural variation between production runs — no two prints are 100% identical. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings versus real-world lighting. If your shirt arrives and looks significantly different from what was shown, that qualifies under our return policy.
How do I care for my shirt?
Machine wash warm at 86°F (30°C). Tumble dry on low heat, or hang to dry for best results. Do not wring. Iron on low heat only if needed. Proper care keeps the print looking its best — avoid high heat, which can affect sublimation prints over time.
Why organic cotton instead of a performance fabric or blend?
Synthetic fabrics like polyester shed microplastics with every wash cycle — millions of plastic particles that pass through filtration and end up in waterways. We chose organic cotton because it's better for your skin, breathes naturally, and doesn't contribute to plastic pollution. It also gets softer with every wash. It's a more expensive material choice, and we think it's the right one.
Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
All designs are available from XXS through 7XL. Extended sizes carry a modest pricing difference to reflect production costs, but the design, fabric, and quality are identical across every size.
How do I find my size?
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms, and match it to our size chart on each product page. When you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. If you have any questions about fit, reach out before ordering — we'd rather help you get it right than deal with a return.
How does the shirt fit — relaxed or slim?
Our shirts are cut in a relaxed fit — comfortable through the chest and shoulders, not boxy, not overly slim. It works tucked or untucked. Full measurements are listed in the size guide on each product page.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Shop Pay Installments lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments — so a $195 shirt becomes 4 payments of $48.75. You'll see this option at checkout automatically if you're eligible.
