If your shirt arrives and it's not what you expected — wrong item, print quality issue, or it's just not the right fit — you have 14 days from delivery to request a refund.

We're a small, one-designer brand. Your trust matters more to us than protecting a sale. If something's wrong, reach out — we'll fix it.

Defective or damaged items — print quality issues, fabric defects, or damage during shipping
Wrong item received — if you received a different size, design, or item than what you ordered
Sizing issues — if your shirt doesn't fit as expected based on our size guide

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Buyer's remorse without a qualifying reason — we encourage you to review our size guide carefully before ordering

How the process works

Reach out via our Contact page

Within 14 days of receiving your order, visit our Contact Us page and send us a message. Include your order number, the reason for your return, and a photo if the item is damaged or defective. We respond within 1–2 business days.

We review and approve your return

Once we've reviewed your request and approved the return, we'll send you a confirmation with a return shipping label and the return address. You won't need to pay a thing — we cover return postage on all approved returns.

Ship the item back to us

Use the prepaid label we provide and drop the item off at the designated carrier. Please ensure the shirt is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached if applicable.

Refund issued within 5 business days

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your full refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.


A note on return shipping

We cover all return postage costs on approved returns. Once your return has been reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Please do not ship items back before receiving approval — we can only cover postage for returns that have gone through our process.
